On the home page select the activity or tour tab next to Accommodation. Activities are things you can do that run less then a single day, Tours are things you can do that run more then one day.

How do I cancel a booking?

How do I write a review with photos and videos?

Once your stay or activity is over you will receive an email asking for a review. If you don’t review you will receive another reminder email in a month giving you time to download your photos and upload your videos to You have 3 months to review before your chance to express your opinion ends. Reviews are helpful to agents, future customers and yourself. You can pass the link to your review to friends and family.
